hello TTG ppls i am using a windows 7 premium laptop and my dvd drive won't read or burn any CD'S, DVD'S, ETC. and suggestions?

Have you checked the connections in the back?

um how would i do that? its a laptop their are no connection wire's only internal wires..

That would require me to open it.. witch in terms would require knowlege lol I dont think it should be tamper with i may damage something?

What Kind of disk drive is it and what kind of disk are you trying to use?
