I had a authoticator on and i reseted my phone and it deleted it and the possiblity of getting it back with the right code. And i can't remember my securty question and don't have an id yet. So what do i do? To log back in cause i got a level 76 and i got all my games downloaded on it so if i make a new in won't have cata and all the other ones.

you're gonna have to call blizzard since you don't know your question answer they will ask for some other stuff to verify it's yours like cd keys billing address and the last 4 digits of the credit card you use to pay (if you use a credit card to pay)
