The 3 nands will be :
1. Retail
2. RGH
3. Development kit
or they might be in a different order you would have to ask him about that

I bought a triple nand slim from Pirates in the marketplace, multiple sellers offer dual nand or triple nand services, just read the 1st post of any sticky threads and they have all the info listed.

Mine is currently set yellow as retail, blue as freestyle dash, and red as RGLoader 3.00.

Just a warning if your are buying this for RTC (real time call of duty), RTC will render your disc drive useless, so if that's an idea you wanna try, you should do it on a console you don't care if the disc drive no longer works. It would be a shame to have an awesome triple nand slim, but your disc drive wont work!

Is buying a triple nand worth it? depends on what you wanna do with it, and if you have money to burn. If your just doing it to screw around, and don't have any idea what to do with the dev kit, I'd say no. Freestyle dash is more than any average player needs.

They say you can put a dev kernel on a dual nand or even just a RGH console, and still boot freestyle from the dev kernel, so really a triple nand is just cool and convenient to flip a switch and load what you want. I havn't even barely scratched the surface of what I can do with my dev kit and SDK software.

Figure a slim will run you $200, having someone RGH it will cost at least $50-$100, (I think it cost me $100 for my trident triple nand installed), plus a harddrive, and because your using your harddrive and connecting to xbox live, you have to use a official microsoft xbox harddrive, max size 320 gigs, if you use a non microsoft drive it will only show up as 16 gigs. So there's another $100 for the harddrive. So unless your willing to spend at least $400 plus shipping.

I personally love my triple nand slim, and all my friends want one now that they've seen mine. I havn't had any problems with it, and boots in under 10 seconds everytime, but again you can buy a old phat console someone RGH'd in the marketplace for like $100 bucks, and put the dev kernel on and its the same thing...

If you got money to burn, get it, if your thinking it's cheap, think again.
