THIS IS NOT FREE, unless you take a card of your friend

First you need to buy a card, ordering it would be better.
when ordered you firstly tell them it's not delived (receive second)

now use it, then proceed to go to [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
then choose xbox live > prepaid codes.
When you can chat (they're offline when worktime is over) start a chat.
Proceed to tell them that the code didn't work, They will ask code and inb4 they ask you for receipt and return to store, you tell them you don't know what store as you received it as a gift from your uncle.
Now they have your used code, the code should be really on the card.
They will ask you to take a picture of it with a paper next to it with the case number/their name. Just do that and then they will e-mail you the code (75%)

it's never 100% you get the code, if it didn't work re-do.
Remember act like a mad/dissapointed customer and act like everything really happend.
I've got my 12 months code thanks to this, i did it back in February now i have till Feb 2013.
