Well, whenever I get on RDR on my XBOX and go to outfitter, it never actually goes to outfitter. All it does is just stay on the loading screen, I once tried it for 24 hours and still at the loading screen, if anyone can help me that would be wonderful

Never happended to me. Also, im sure you didnt let it do it for 24 hours but if you did then there is something wrong with you.

Try to clean our cache out then "re-update" the game after you clean your cache. Tell me of it works after.
