Mods:
Reskin Charger/witch/tank/jockey/spitter/and a creepy smoker
Smoker sounds are different (kind of scary actually)
Chainsaws last 3x longer
Improved gun sounds
MP5 and M16 with sight and barrel (looks like a upgraded up BF3 weapon)
more melee swing animations
new chainsaw animation where you slice zombies down the middle
reskinned axe/machete/pipebomb/molotov/medpacks
you can get all these mods from l4dmaps website

As far as I know. Their only shown on your screen. I have skin mods too but I doubt everyone I play with has the exact same ones I do.
