The source was posted before the trailer where you can see things are confirmed, so according to me the source is legitimate.

Not to be a skeptic, but a lot of the weapons seen in the multiplayer trailer is not listed in this leak, nor are certain killstreaks. This might be real, but then again, if it was real, wouldn't have Activision taken it down by now? Every time there was a leak in previous Call of Duty games, it would be taken down by Activision immediately.
