Well, I do not listen to music a lot, neither do I listen to anything loudly at all. Early this morning when I woke up, I heard this weird bell, I thought nothing of it, at about 3-4pm I heard the same exact noise again, and in my house, there are no bells. I looked out my window there was no one there or anything that'll make a sound as so. Wtf was that?

If it's persistant whistle like bell noise its just a hearing thing from lack of sleep.
If it's a faint tingle noise its a computer hard drive , its not normal but its not a problem , so if you have a laptop or desktop around it's a computer causing the sound.

there are these little hairs in your ears that help you hear whenever you hear a ringing/bell type of noise it means one is broken and you've lost a little hearing

There was a little boy who kept hearing rice crispies popping in his ear.
Turns out it was two spiders that had made a nest on his ear drum.

Just something to not freak you out.
