Try using a movie config next time, it looks a lot better.

Also, if you're using demos to record, just to /timescale 0.25 in the console and speed it up in your editing software, so when you go for slow-mo, you don't NEED twixtor. Twixtor has too much frame distortion for me, and doesn't appeal to the eyes.
