i was just on facebook, and randomly my facebook loaded this guys account so i closed it, and a message box came up on my desktop saying "add me i love you". If i turn my computer off can he still do stuff on my computer?

Time to buy some rat poison.

If you do have a rat, he'll still be able to control your computer if you reset it. If you shut it off and keep it off, then he can't. You need to shut it off or unplug your ethernet cable now and find some solutions.

First downlaod malwarebites and install
second restart your computer on safe mode
third run malwarebites
fourth clean your computer by restoring back to previouse state eg before you downloaded the rat and it will be gone.

If you have an anti virus do a computer check on it and it should find it
