I'm wondering which Processor I should get for my Custom PC.

If you prefer Intel, say Intel and then i5, i7, etc.
If you prefer AMD, then say AMD F-8120, etc.

Get a decent cooler and overclock it.

AMD has no good CPU's out right now and they all get dominated by a 2500k. Hell, even their GPU's are going to fade out soon if the 660 ti benchmarks are legitimate.

Irrelevant unless you have a $350 or below considering an i3-2100 is a better CPU than the 955/965 and it's in the same price range. i7 CPU's are useless for gaming.
