nope, since Bungie doesn't own the rights to it anymore, microsoft has made it to where if you get "banned", the only thing that will happen is where you cannot go online and receive credits/ rank up for a certain amount of time, can average from 2 days to 2 weeks

there are ways around the ban but you would have to look that up
