Andrew Willson, the head of EA Sports has introduced this new feature of upcoming version of FIFA game, FIFA 13 to the press at E3. Next up was the big announcement that EA SPORTS will be releasing a new iPhone App with the launch of FIFA 13.
Initially it will provide you access to your FIFA identity and friends.
Most excitingly though, it will double as an Ultimate Team iPhone App and provide you with instant access to live auctions and many more Ultimate Team features on the go.

Be A Ref mode has been always one of the FIFA fans wishes since last year. If you go through our FIFA 12 Wishlist, you will see that many people have asked EA to put this feature in to the FIFA 12 game.

This looks like theres going to be new game modes in the arena, definitely going to be some achievement's to go along with it if its confirmed,
However FIFA 13 Be A Referee Mode feature has not been officially announced yet, David Rutter (FIFA 13 Producer) has mentioned in an interview just before FIFA 12 release day last year that EA Sports has been considering to add a Referee Mode in FIFA 12 but they couldnt make it for the previous FIFA game. He also mentioned that refereeing might be a mode along with Goalkeeper mode in FIFA 13.
According to some unconfirmed news, FIFA 13 will have Be A Referee mode playable in the game, where gamers will be able to control the referee on the pitch and decide on free kicks, showing cards, offsides and penalties as a ref.

In Gameplay
FIFA 13 hasnt released yet, but people who had a chance to play it either at EA Sports or as beta-tester have helped us provide some in-game tips and tricks for FIFA 13 here. Soon we will be posting more tips and tricks for FIFA 13 here.
As the defending system has been improved in FIFA 13, you need to work more passing and individual skills to beat the defenders. Dribbling is the key, plus you should be good on timing to pass the ball. You need to work on one-touch skills more than before.
Free Kicks
With new free kick system you will need to count on free kicks you gain near to your opponents box more than before. in FIFA 13, you can cheat the defensive wall. Train more to get familiar with taking free kicks. And also learn how to prevent receiving a goal from free kick.
FIFA 13 ULTIMATE TEAM TIPS
Coins
So this tip is if you would like to have a good amount of ultimate team coins at the beginning of ultimate team. What you have to do is very simple, make alot of new accounts make an ultimate team with them so you have a ea account. i have made about 11 accounts so far and how do i remember then do you ask? i have downloaded a spreadsheet application like Microsoft excel and typed in the tabs Email Password Gamertag its best to have the password as the same so its easy to remember and the email address similar as well i. The more accounts you have the coins you will get because EA does a count down to the game being release by giving free packs and coins on ultimate team via the web app for people that played fifa 12 ultimate team
