this did not work, i first went to the support chat the guy said ya sure i can get you some microsoft points, transferred me and then the girl said there are no promotions and she had never heard of a valued customer promotion either, which she said she had worked there for 7 years.

So ya this didn't work and im assuming it wont for others either.
