If I update my console with the New Dashboard Beta, will I still be able to talk to my friends and play games on xbox live?

About not posting pictures or videos, also am I aloud to talk to my friends about it in person? But not over the internet?

yes you can do everything you could do before and other features have been added aswell its pretty sweet i love it huge improvement i think

Yes just don`t post any pictures or talk about it online and you will be ok.I believe breaking the contract results in a ban.

Not sure if it is Console or Account Ban.
