Me and a few others are making a new patch and testing it out on thursday. It should work, if it does MW2 will have REAL challenge lobbies again. DONT PAY ANY OF THESE FAKES!!

What the new patch has:
Mod Menu
Leaderboard Mods
Vision Mods
Pick A Prestige; 1-11th
Admin Menu
Standard infections
Everything Unlocked
Clan Tag Mod
Auto Aim
UAV always on (Standard Infect).

This will be on Xbox 360 only.

PATCH WILL BE FREE FOR EVERYONE.

PATCH NAME = ???? didn't decide yet.

Just letting you know, there will be challenge lobbies soon.
