Hello TTG,
I have an old x11 and it seems to be that part of the headset's speakers blew out (which i find wierd because all the wires seem to be okay and i do not blast the volume). They are old and im looking to buy a new one or if anyone can tell me the problem with the ones i own

I have x42's they are very good and worth the money if you have the money you should get x42's

The X31's are outdated being they have X32's now.
The X31's only operate on a 2.4GHz signal which means you could get interference from other items like your router or like a microwave, you may get a lot of static blips depending on your area of usage.
The X32's can operate on 2.4 and 5GHz signals which should basically fix all those little blips and have other small features which make them better.

I really hate the x41s for the battery constantly dieing and 2.4ghz because my =router and modem being in my room it makes all these noises i also have a x12 but imo they suck also they dont have padding for ears and you cant hear youself talk through them like all the others i had x11s then the ear piece broke off them those were my favorite but if you want a new one i would reccomend getting trittons or if you have more to spend astros

i dont think you can fix that if you still have a warenty you can send it in but if you cant get turtle beach to fix it i would start searching new headphones their is a big diffrence between x 42 and x 32 x42's have adobe 5.1 digital souround sound the x32's only have stero it is your pick depending on your budget

I bought the px21. They are made for the ps3 but i use them for xbox and pc and they are great!
