I just got mw2 for the pc of a friend and didnt get a product code, Has anyone got a spare code or no a working keygen?

I doubt theres such thing as a keygen.
I can't help you out, but I'm sure theres a site where you could buy a CD Key

I don't think you are going to find one. If you do good but if you don't, you could try something like AlterIWnet. I know AlterIWnet is shut down but there are some good alternatives. Just google around a bit.
