okay. well your my first complaint. i dont know if you realize but i have been on here for a month and a half and have the hottest topic right now. its a little much to handle and i apologize if the shipping date was longer than i had anticipated.

i expected all of these consoles gone by friday, then i got a jasper with too high of a cb version i wasted 14+ hours on trying to dual nand but i forgot to check the cb so i had to work out a refund with the buyer and now i am trying to keep up with all of the activity on here.


i apologize for the inconvenience i am truly sorry. i wanted all of these consoles gone but i ended up spending the weekend on them. its being shipped tomorrow. its the last console i have to do besides a repair. its at the top of my priority list right now

Scrubbadubby has many happy customers and its a+ service in my opinion. Even buying from a trusted seller can give you delays like such.

Well as I mentioned that wasn't the one and only problem, call me crazy but I see my situation as a legitimate reason to not be %100 satisfied. I don't doubt he has happy customers either, my personal situation, as I sad, wasn't the best possible situation.

then dont buy from anybody next time do it yourself if your not satisfied. start your own shop and do as many consoles as i do and satisfy everyone with their needs 100%. dont order a custom console next time order something in stock.

Your objective should be to have %100 percent customer satisfaction. Not to make a quick buck and forget about the rest. If you don't get %100 satisfaction I promise you professional buisnesses don't say, go do it yourself, they strive to get that %100 customer satisfaction. And honestly by the way your handling this, is not "professional" at all. There was no need for that comment to be so snappy and prude because you had made a mistake, I am obligated by my $230 purchase to let you know if something didn't go as it should have.

i do strive for satisfaction. your being completely ingorant of my situation and you are only seeing it from your view.

buy from a trusted seller next time and wait much longer on a shipment. i heard you the first time you said you werent satisfied it is out of my control as soon as i got home today i tried getting it done. i stay up until 1am everynight on consoles and wake up at school at 6:30.

complain about my service all you want i give up a lot on orders. sleep, fun, etc. i am usually home and working on consoles until i go to bed. i wish i was a trusted seller so i could raise my prices and get a little less business but atm i am being maxed out on orders.

EDIT: and i did let you know. i contacted you before and i was working on it today.

i do apologize for my crappy attitude i am very irritated atm i have just been so busy lately

Do you honestly not think that what I'm saying is a reasonable complaint? You did raise your price, 15 more base price then an extra 5 for ROL which was advertised as free, so you did raise your price by $20. I am your customer, which is where I have been putting most of my emphasis on this time, and you are in charge of the business. I am not ignoring your situation, but I have no reason to weigh that in the situation because that stuff is personal and has nothing to do with me, your customer. The only thing a customer is concerned about, as well as should be concerned about, is the product they receive and which the process they receive it.

price raise - not valid complaint. i was selling slims for nothing and making nothing

rol - i have adjusted the price now and it was $5 because it was a slim and they have x2 as many leds

i understand your complaint and i apologize but their is labor and materials in all of this. i completed orders that were made prior to yours as i try to give each buyer a fair deal. i have raised all of my prices recently to lower the demand and give me less of a workload, the amount of time i put into all of these and what i was getting out of them wasn't sufficient enough to be worth it. therefore i have slightly raised a lot of stuff as i have established myself and now that i am having so many orders i can no longer compensate the 8 hours a day i am already putting into this.

i treat this as a full time job but i have school to attend to also. i have friends and family that i like to be around not to sit in the basement doing consoles everyday of the week i like to take a break once a week

And I totally understad that. I don't blame you at all for not wanting to be with friends, family, and have a life outside of this. I am just saying this part is out of my point of interest as a buyer.
