How to do

1.Go to the arrow I have placed on the picture.
2.Jump onto the bar.
3.Get up next to the pole while crouching.
4.Once you are snug next to the pole (facing the way the arrow is pointing) walk forward.
5.After walking forward you will start to fall and you should be able to press "X" and climb up.

PS this might take a while to get it but it is fun once you get it.

I will try to post a video to make it easier.

No need to feel stupid man, haha. If you find a glitch spot, TechTakedown most likely has a video on it already. He's always uploading cool spots and glitches.
