at some hobby shops they sell some "masking" paste.
u just brush it on the areas u DONT want painted.
when it dries,u can paint the faceplat or whatever else
u want painted.
when the paint dries,u just peel off the "mask"
u can use the mask on the sensors.

if u can find any of the masking paste,u can use
masking tape.thats what i use on some of the cases i work on.

just call around to some hobby shops and ask for masking paste. or look online

Use spray paint, just put painters tape over the power button (If you want it gray) Dont worry you wont mess with the wiring it is on the back of it.

Emulator wrote How do I paint the Xbox 360 slim faceplate? It has touch sensors and all so how?

Put painters tape over it and use a razor blade of sorts to cut around the eject button and the power button can be taken off then put back on either by gluing it back or i use a soldering iron to melt it back to the tabs. Hope this helped

Can I use Masking tape or does it HAVE to be painters tape? I need this for a controller I'm doing but am unsure of what tape to use and if it has to be a specific type..
