So im wondering all the mods that i have on a GTA IV ISO Disk is it possible to get simmilar ones for the PC becuase so many people mod online and i would like to try myself

You mean GTA IV 360 ISO mods on PC? Online? Not a good idea since Steam has hacks protection. But you can do LOADS of offline stuff. You can mod the cars, your player, pretty much everything. You can look here for a peek at what you can do. [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

IM thinking more like flying car invincible etc just like iso ones

On multiplayer? No. But in singleplayer, more than likely.
