RAP- WEED , CARS, MONEY , SEX, & HOESS
Rock- LIFE, ANTI SUICIDE , LOVE (NOT SEX), STAND UP FOR WHAT YOU BELIEVE

Yeah and I listen to rap about:
Family, faith, life stories, and good times

But there is rock about:
Death, drugs, suicide, and "sex" not love.

Both genres have talked about all those things, I just feel rock may be a bit better about it though, im not trying to be biased or anything, just my opinion

It seems like it's an inverse relationship. Popular rap is like that, and not as popular rock is like that. Then there's the not as popular side of rap that's nice, then the more popular side of rock that's nice
