Hello TTG! Its about time that I made a tutorial that isnt a video for you guys. Ive been flying the jets long enough to tell you how to use them. Some quick rules and tips for the jets in the upcoming points..

RULES
#1: Dont fly without your air radar! If he can see you and you cant see him your screwed!
#2: If your playing conquest use HEAT SEEKERS. Rush, use GUIDED MISSILE. Conquest your mainly engaging air targets and your minigun wont do that much towards ground targets (Tanks,LAV's, AAMTRAC, etc.) In the rush jets you have a minigun with explosive rounds (bullets).
#3: Dont dogfight with your afterburner on! (DERP MOMENT). Afterburner on means you have a bigger turn radius which means the enemy fighter is going to kill you! AFTERBURNER OFF!
#4: Breaking. If you stay around the speed of 300 (top left in your jet HUD) and go in circles (i know this is the weak way to fly but its effective) gas and break, gas and break, stay around 300!
#5: Know your surroundings! If you learn the map where all the poles, buildings, spawns, etc. are at then you wont crash into poles.
#5: Landing. Ahaha people still dont know how to land! Hold down your left trigger while your close to the ground, your gear will come out and then you can land!
#6: Your defenses. ECM Jammer is better than flares. Flares may make you avoid an incoming missile but if you use ECM then you have time to get away from whoever is locking on to you. ECM replenishes in 3 seconds, flares are 5 seconds..
#7: Helicopters. If you have a heli and he is just constantly locking on to you, fly straight up directly above him to about 800ft (top right in jet HUD) then dive down and use your minigun. If hes at max altitude do the opposite, go really low then go straight up directly below him and use the minigun.
#8: Difficulties. Hardcore: Its good because there is better damage for conquest pilots but if you play rush on normal with guided missile (like I said..) you can spot people and then are able to gun run them on the ground.

I hope this helped. All information came straight from my head. Any comments post below or PM me for anything else. Thanks!

1) Dont use heat seekers thats like using a noob tube in call of duty.
2) ultimate turning speed is 300-315kph not many people can maintain that is you can't already give up hope
3) ecm jammer is not better than flares if you know how to use the flares properly; alot of people don't know how to dodge missiles simply turn with brake towards the direction its coming from this has to be done accurately so the missile losses its track while you turn
4) attacking a heli from above is inavective your best of going head on with minigun a pilot with good aim and skill can dodge the flare and have the heli destroyed if not disabled in one pass
5) guided missiles should be used in all game modes to spot ground enemies from a distance giving you change to line up switch to mini gun and fire at target. this gets you loads of kills especially on firestorm or casp border

sorry but not a very good guide!

It's a good guide, but I still suck at flying jets. I'll stick to Tanks and being on foot.

Actually on firestorm or casp border there is less vehicle targets besides one or two tanks. I prefer Kharg Island,Rush, on Normal. Jets: Air Radar, ECM Jammer, Guided Missile. Spot vehicles, possibly launch a missile at the more tanks there are compared to the other maps. Kharg Island on defensive side has atleast 6 vehicles to destroy (LAV's,aamtrac, heli, jet, boat) plus a load ton of infantry to hit. Trust me i know what im talking about!
