It was out the day that I posted this topic and the video, it should be still out. On the dashboard there should be a Summer of Arcade promotion thing, its at Home in the big slots and its the first option. When you find the promotion click it and it should open up a briefcase with all of the Summer of Arcade games that are coming out, at the bottom are all of the promotions and you will see Minecraft Offer. Click that option and if you own Minecraft then click Get The Skin Pack and you can download it for free, cool right?
