I really didnt know what section to put this in but i keep hearing about peoples retails (obviously) getting banned and there gamertags getting banned for hosting. Any input on this?

I think the consoles just get banned, not the Gamertags.

This is very much true, the only way the console will get banned from hosting lobbies if they were caught 3 times on the same console
