Well recently I laser burned my 2 favourite games MW3 and Black ops..
My MW3 has a perfect circle all around the outside of the disk and my black ops only has 2 scratches, But my Black ops I can play on certain maps like Jungle and WMD but others like Nuketown I can't play on because of the scratch.

What I'm getting at is... Isn't there like a gamesave for the game that I can xfer to my usb then dl to my hard drive on my xbox then play from that with my disk? Not sure if this can be done.

Saves me renting a disk then downloading it.

You can borrow a disk from a friend, or if you live in the U.S. There is a thing called Redbox. Its one dollar, for a day (turn in by 9 PM the next night) And they rent most games like that. They are usually by grocery stores, otherwise rent from Gamefly.

Your only choices are renting a dic, borrowing a disc or possibly getting it resurfaced.

I had one of my perfect circle discs resurfaced, works perfectly now.

Those perfect circles, only happen when the console is moved, while the disc is inside and spinning. There are warnings about this in the information that comes with the system when you buy it. And it is not covered by any warranty. This is one reason, I prefer to download games, rather than get discs.
