I have a Dell Dimension 9200 with Windows Vista. As you can see when I try to play Minecraft it says I dont have Java. So I tried to download Java and other things that save to the app data folder, and it gives me Error 1606. Does anyone know how to fix this. Also, I have tried the microsoft support FIXIT. i watched the video and you did not install java all you did was download the installer so download java to your desktop and run the installer and that should fix it.
