Everytime I try to connect to my wifi it just keeps on loading and I can't open anything please help

Must be a problem with the wifi.Check your Router to see if all the plugs and Ethernet cords are all fully plugged in.

I can connect to my wifi on my iPod and Xbox

it could be that the card in you're computer, if you got the laptop from a shop, i would tell them & see if they could fix it.

Remove the remembered network.
Restart laptop WIFI.
Reconnect to network.

Try that and see what happens

Do what the guy above me said but before you enable wifi again restart the computer then turn on the wifi the reconnect to your desired network

guys your over thinking this a bit and just guessing. To check if it's the card or a high level OSI problem, try pinging your router. If you need steps on how to ping your router, just ask. Otherwise, please reply with the result of the ping.
