What there doing is patching recevery service challenge lobbies. There using an excuse as a marketplace error so you can not recever any account so they have timee to patch the mods. When they have pached the mods you might be able to go on an account that you have gotten a recevery service challenge lobbie. I dont know sorry

its because the xbox live service is down right now and this is what it says XBOX LIVE Service
