hey guys i put a visa prepayed debit card on pay pal and it says i have to comfirm it with a 4 numbers/letters that pay pal will send me to my debit card statement but how i find that number so i can buy??

When you read your credit card statement/when the credit card statement comes in you will be able to activate your Paypal and use it to buy things.

u can check it thru ur banks website if they have the ability for u to check ur statment on the internet
