i need help when ever i try to enter a free mode game or any other multiplayer game it always says Disconnected from game session returning to single player. And if i try to join a session from someones profile it does the same thing. can anybody help me fix this or do something thanks

this happened to me, then i didn't go on it for about a week and it was fine when i got back on

just reinstall it that normally works
