need a xpspilt or something to record with then sigh up with [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] and it will guive u a tut on the site bro

alright like said above you need xsplit and a twitch.tv account but a if you dont want to pay for xsplit (like me) this might help. it works as of 1:35Am est 6/30/2012. (i use this same one, for this video) if you want to follow me on twitch you can at twitch.tv/ttgnyy ;)
