Title pretty much sums this topic up.
I would like to start casual PC gaming and would like good quality, and whatever may be needed for 5-10 games. (RAM , HD Size, etc.)
Graphics is a big thing for me and I need help on where to get a good reliable GAMING PC for fairly cheap.

well the cheapest alien ware is like 699 and they are good gamin pcs

Alienware is overprice, it's cheaper to build a PC with the exact same specs.
