GTA ISO mod help

I currently have made 4 disk and hotswap them in and try to install them about 3 times a peice.
I usually get an error around 11%, 23%, or 53%
I was wondering if someone can give me a super detailed up to date tutorial on how to ISO mod
It will be much appreciated I will give rep and host lobbies to the people that help
Just let me know if you know the problem or if you have a good tutorial for me to follow
BTW: I need to know what mods I need to use preferable original script mods
