Is this on an dual nand RGH? And if so are you sure it is booting into the modified nand and not stock?

If not I would suggest trying to rebuild the nand over again and making sure you check xell reloaded.

On a side note, just yesterday I noticed that j-runner included an option to boot xell using different means other than dvd eject, is it possible you changed that value to something such as the guide button on a wired controller?

If I think of something else I'll message back.

Alright then it is a bad nand flash. Can you still boot it into the xex menu app? If so rebuild a fresh nand image, go to xex menu to load up flash360 and flash it that way. If that doesn't work, you'll have to flash it over via lpt/usb.
