Also I will be doing a live stream once they fix the connection issues.

Lastly, you might want to add their twitter.

Mod Vault's Update (it's on the site forums)
There aren't many bugs, it's literally just this one bug that's stopping us from putting it online.

I'll explain the issue as best I can:
The website you're on right now is hosted in the Netherlands. Why? It needs to be hosted on an "offshore" country. Why? That would take too long to explain.
The game server is hosted in the United States, which is across the world from where the website is being hosted.
The issue is that every time someone tries to login to the server, it needs to verify your username, password, and everything else by sending the information when you press the login button, to the database which is on the website's host (these are called queries).
If too many people are requesting queries at once, the SQL server across the world will have trouble returning all of the information back to the server in the United States quickly enough for you to be able to login, and even be able to stay logged on.

Some of you may be asking, "why not just move either the database closer to the server?" or "why not just move the server to the Netherlands?"

Well, we tried the first one, and it made the server fast, but the website incredibly slow. As for the second question, we don't even want to try that because the majority of players would experience even more lag (since most players are from North America).

So right now, we're trying to figure out the best way possible to satisfy both servers, either updating both regularly with a database, or buying a stronger server which would be dedicated to host the SQL server only.

We are confident we will fix the issue, just please bare with us. You have no idea how stressful it is, 48 hours later (and most of that time spent sitting at the computer) and you're trying to figure out the most efficient way of doing this.

We won't ever give up, just please give us some time.

My guess is just as good as your's dude.

Added: Log in fails, someone uploaded to YouTube.

Reason for the errors are because they are having problems with the servers.

Your real RuneScape account has nothing to do with 2006Scape, Unless of course you are dumb enough to use the same details for both RuneScape and other servers.

Also its no longer rs2006, they changed the name of it a while back now...

I quit actual RuneScape and I'm more eager for this to start running simply because it's going to be more fun. I joined RS in 2007 and I loved it. The 1st major update Jagex put in with HD made me dislike the game a little and the recent armor update pretty much made me quit the game.
