I know other people might know if this is possible. So, my Halo Wars disc is scratched. I love that game. It runs but the outer part of the disc has a scratch that round around the disc which prevents any sounds from playing in the game.
When you save the game to your HDD, it leaves some files there. Is there any place I can get these files and place them in my HDD and play the game off of it? I live in the middle of nowhere, I do not want to buy a new one and I can not rent games here.

You can't physically repair the files. That requires a modded console and would require the FULL game not just portions because I doubt anyone has done that since discs are compiled in one big .iso format. Only way you can is to get a new disc.

get a copy from a friend or get a new disc.
