Been searching everywhere, hopefully you guys can help me out here.
This has been annoying me for a while now.
Basically what happens is, if I watch a movie or a tv series online anywhere.
It works for the first 20-30 minutes and then suddenly, the quality starts to lower & the sound either starts too early or too late in sync with the picture..
Also another notable thing is when I try and exit out of the browser it either crashes or slows my laptop to the point where I have to restart.
Example - The film lowered and I backed out of the browser, my whole laptop slows for about 10 minutes..
Please help me out here guys..

where is the laptop while you are watching these videos? (lap, table, floor, etc.)
