Everything looks fine except for the PSU. Terrible PSU's like that is what gave OCZ a horrible reputation for producing unreliable products. Two great alternative options would be a [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] which is a solid unit and is fully modular or a [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] which has identical internals to the highly praised Seasonic PSU's. Also, if you ever wanted to crossfire the 6850 ( which you should in the future ), the second PCIE slot is only set at x4 and will hold you back so look for an alternative and higher end ASRock board or go for a MSI Z77 G43.
