So i was going to buy a game so i can play it on my laptop while im traveling about.
i thought i would be smart and check the specifications required to run the game
i checked them out
and this is what the results are:
my laptop passed all the test except the video card.
i don't understand why it didn't pass though?
it has way above the minimum requirements but it still tells me to buy a upgrade?
why is this and would the game still run well?

Because your running on integrated graphics and the game recommends a dedicated card as a minimum requirement.
Sadly, as your on a Laptop, there is nothing you can do about this, but it doesn't mean you can't play the game, just turn down the resolution and graphic settings on the game and it should run fairly smooth as the minimum requirement is only a 6600GT.

What game? Minecraft? Barney? Teletubbies? BF3? Integrated graphics is not went for gaming, adding a slow dual core is not helping either. That site is completely bullcrap and very unrealistic. You can try doing a Google search of your game and put integrated graphics at the end of it and see what benchmarks other people are getting.

You couldn't be more wrong you can buy a mobile graphics card.

What game are you trying to play?
My laptop passes all but the video card but it still runs most of my games perfectly fine.
CoD WaW, CoD4, Civilization V, Mirrors Edge. All worked for me fine.

It means your graphics card can not handle it. Not surprised because most Mobile GPU's are not good.
