88 Modric is a MUCH better choice my friend, this is only my opinion because I have used them both in the past for a long time,

Modrik has the same skills as silva, but 5 star weak foot compared to silva's level 2 which is a HUGE factor in my opinion, also, Modric's stats lie in my opinion, I feel his pace is MUCH better than 79 (which is a joke) so easy answer for me here mate,

I would go Modric if its for CM but Silva if its for CAM

Well they both are CAM, but you can get them both at CM for a more expensive price, or convert the player you buy into CM with the position card you have.

Im not an idiot haha? i said if hes going to play them CM then modric, but if hes going to play a formation that involves a CAM position the silva.
I assumed he is playing him as CM as he's lining them up with gerrard/lampard
