If you mod your credits and driver level etcc, do you still get all the unlockables you would have got by doing it legit?
For example you get a car choice every level..
Does this still happen and do you receive the 'titles and emblems' that would have been given to you?

yes you can if you mod your level you get everything which you would of got legit
