You should have saved up all your money to buy it all at once, just incase your get a defective peice. But hardware being defective is like 1/10 so.

To the users above, you don't need a water-cooling kit like the H100 what so ever, actually...you don't need an after market cooler if you wanted to. The point of higher end after-market coolers ( the H100 being on of them ) is to achieve cooler temperatures, less noise, and have an option to overclock - although this is completely out of the question since the OP is stubborn and did not listen to helpful advice and overclocking is limited due to an H61 board..but a 2500k is fully unlockable and people do get crazy overclocks on it that justifies the $100 price tag.
