As of now it seems the beta invites are out.
and of course:
More will be sent out tomorrow so us sad few may have another chance at being picked.
We can only hope for the best.

god damn it I was not chosen.. I assume people will upload the data to the internet for us all to enjoy as well. I would love to beta test a game, especially one such as Skyrim.

That is exactly what people are posting on BGS facebook post.
Well 200 rep to whoever uploads it to a site and gives us all some beta. I would love to beta/bug test it.
