No the dvd/disk drive is not already flashed unless you bought it that way. Your console needs to be flashed or hotswapped in order to play burned games and iso disks.

907 is right unless you put the ISO in wx360 and extract all the files and put them on the jtag HDD and run the default.xex

and when i first got my rgh i was wondering the same thing, but if you want to play modded waw zombies such as motion flex without iso disk there are files you can copy into your waw directory and play it that way, if that's what you were looking to do as that is a very popular iso
