Can anyone tell me y when i go on the store to buy a pack that it only lets me pay if coins not microsoft points if and one can help me i will give them a player for doing it

go to the main menu if that doesn't work
Reset your console and if that doesn't work
Reset your connection if that then doesn't work
Go to h2h seasons then play a match go to UT then it should work

if not i'm sorry i don't know.

When that happens for me I just sign out then back in again.
