What we refer to as 'Deep Space' is lightyears away, if it was 100 lightyears away you'd have to travel at 187,000 miles per second for 100 years to reach it. The idea of man getting there is impossible(until we find loop holes in quantum space time). But we have big ass telescopes that can capture the images so that is what Nasa are doing.

It's something that has always interested me so I'm staying open minded.
There could be billions of other planets with intelligent life that we don't even know about. We could easily just be a minute, undeveloped life form in the universe where there could be more intelligence on other far planets.

TPGxPrototype wrote Because, why would he make something so immensely huge for something so incredibly small like us, it makes no sense, every year another piece of religion is prove BS by science, it's only a matter of time before the Big Bang is proven and when that happens there will be proof that the Universe did not create God.

Also, there are over 15,000 Gods, How do you know your God is the right God? and I'm the ignorant one... lol
did you die and come back? if you did so, then you shouldnt be on the tech game. Stop trying to push your beliefs to others, ignorant bitch

Number 1: It's not my belief rather my lack of belief
Number 2: Facts are facts, everything I just said is fact and known, I wouldn't mind if I made it all up like religious people do but I didn't this is all scientific fact based on years of research....

I bet you feel stupid now.

as for the light speed travel einstein's theory of E=MC squared says that the faster you go over the speed of light the more your mass would increase so at a stage in time your speed would be infinity and so will your mass(:

Guys this is turning into a religious debate, let's change subject.
OP, deep space is considered past the moon and a bit further, out of Earth general gravity.
The probe Voyager 1 is almost out of our solar system, that is considered deep space.
But imagine it guys - floating around in the middle of nowhere. Imagine looking at your feet, and looking at the black void beneath you. It would be a strange feeling wouldn't it, thinking that this void goes on for billions and trillions of miles.
Exploring deep space wouldn't be hard but NASA just hasn't got the funding any more, the US government is making a mistake.
But on a brighter side the ESA want to go to Mars with humans in 2030. And another lunar trip in 2020.

That also means that as your mass increases the energy to accelerate is increased... so you would need an impossible infinite amount of energy to accelerate to the speed of light.
You need to read up on that because you don't understand
