i wanna make a website for my clan for free with a free domain name but i cant find anything can someone help

You can't get a free domain name but you can get stuff like:
.co.nf, .tk, .thetechgame.org and stuff like that, And you can use ForumMotion for a forum or createmybb, or you can get a designer to create one for you.

ForumMotion , creatmybb , wix..
Alot more but those are the main ones i use if i go to make a website.

-> Download Notepad++ (Or TextWrangler on M ac), and GIMP.
-> Learn HTML (PHP, CSS and Javascript are probably wanted if you want to make a good site! If you learn about PHP, learn about MySQL too)
-> Make your website.
-> Download FTP Program, e.g. Filezilla
-> Make account on 000webhost. com
-> Upload files to FTP server from 000webhost
-> Get a .tk, or .thetechgame.org domain for free and park your domain on your site, or change the name servers of the .tk to make the ones on 000webhost
-> Learn HTML (PHP, CSS and Javascript are probably wanted if you want to make a good site! If you learn about PHP, learn about MySQL too)

I would say this is the best way to make a site as you actually learn something, and it gives you credibility for it.

As for a free website, you can use many online builders. A lot of them are free. As for the domain, you can use (dot)co(dot)nr, (dot)co(dot)cc, or (dot)tk. Alternatively, you can literally slap down ONE WHOLE UNITED STATES DOLLAR, and purchase a .com off 1and1.com. Sorry for the (dot)'s, TTG blocks the whole word for some reason. ._.
