I don't rally want to use it for gaming but just as a general pc.
i have a 150gbp budget with keyboard and mouse i have a tv with a port so dont need a monitor. i want to update to windows 7 will my processor allow it?
it is 130gbp
so i have 20gbp for a keyboard and mouse

Lol, you really think a Pentium 4, 4GB of ram and a 512mb GPU costs 1 grand?

Anyway, for web browsing it should be fine. Just as long as you don't expect to run any heavy applications on it.

It could be used for normal usage, but for gaming no.

Wouldn't really recomend it, it has its os is over 10 years old, but then again if your just using it for things like word processing or short xell databases then go for it.
